EFP Rotenberg and Toski & Co. combine, creating one of New York's largest professional service firms

ROCHESTER, N.Y., Feb. 17, 2012—EFP Rotenberg, LLP and Buffalo firm Toski & Co., PC have joined forces to become one of New York’s largest professional services firms, supporting in excess of $31M in annual revenue. Based on 2011 rankings, the agreement places the organization among the nation’s 100 largest public accounting firms.

EFP Rotenberg’s 50,000-square-foot headquarters located on Kenneth Drive in Henrietta is taking shape. The building’s steel frame and brick siding can be seen in these photographs taken recently.

The firm expects to move into their new location in July 2010.

EFP Rotenberg breaks ground on new office building

Rochester, NY, September 12, 2009

EFP Rotenberg, LLP, Rochester’s second largest CPA firm, has broken ground on a new office building in Henrietta. The firm was formed earlier this year with the merger of Eldredge, Fox & Porretti, LLP (which does business as EFP Group) and Rotenberg & Co. LLP.

EFP Group and Rotenberg & Co. to Merge

Rochester, NY, January 29, 2009

Two of Rochester’s major accounting firms, Eldredge, Fox & Porretti, LLP (which does business as EFP Group) and Rotenberg & Co. LLP, have signed a letter of intent to merge. When the merger is finalized, after the accounting industry’s busiest season, the combined firm will become the area’s second-largest locally owned accounting and business consulting firm, with 67 certified public accountants (CPAs) and 150 employees. In the meantime, the firms have begun joint strategic planning and are operating on a cooperative basis.
