Going public in the United States
Being listed on the U.S. exchanges is a complex and sometimes challenging endeavor. It is one that we have completed numerous times for companies from Canada, China, Switzerland and Israel. For most of those clients we also act as independent auditors once they have completed the going public process.
- We have worked with Canadian companies for many years, taking several public on the U.S. exchanges.
- Since 2004 we have been immersed in the China market. We have worked with approximately 35 Chinese companies, assisting them in their efforts to enter the U.S. market and become publicly listed. From Beijing to Shanghai to Hong Kong to Chongqing, our Chinese clients have been located in Shandong, Guangdong, Fujiang, Hebei, Guizhou, Heilongjiang, Henan provinces in mainland CHINA as well as Hong Kong Island and Hainan Island.

- For clients in China, we bring the language and cultural expertise of several Mandarin-speaking CPAs who work in our main office. We also have strong relationships with affiliated CPA firms in mainland China and Hong Kong with whom we collaborate to make the going public process unfold smoothly.
- We regularly travel to China as we work on client engagements. We find that personally being in your offices or factories helps us to better understand your business, and to serve you efficiently. Our Global Services Partner professionals also regularly visit clients across the globe.
